Made of tarnish-resistant Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel with a weighty feel and polished mirror finish, these serving utensils feature a smaller bowl for easy stirring. The rounded handles with slender necks that provide for comfortable holding. These pieces are dishwasher-safe and never need polishing. This amazing set includes 4 teaspoons. Cromargan is an alloy of 18% chrome, 10% nickel and 72% steel. Chrome makes the material stainless; nickel makes it acid-resistant and adds gloss. I needed these because we were always running out of teaspoons (we eat a lot of cereal and ice cream). They are a good weight and my kids like them. They are neutral in design so they'd probably blend in nicely with almost anyone's existing set of teaspoons.

Spoons are great for matching up to your silverware. I seemed to have lost most of the spoons to my silverware set. Purchased these to serve coffee.

Very shiny, not too heavy, not too light, nice feel to them. They are maybe a tiny tiny bit larger than some teaspoons, so they could also be easily used for a cup of soup

I am very pleased that I purchased WMF Bistro forks, knives , spoons and teaspoons. Excellent quality, no need to dry them with a towel after the dishwasher. Very very shiny, with a clean design (the incrustations on the surface of some other expensive silverware make it so difficult to maintain it clean and good looking). WMF is an old company with a great reputation and I've always been pleased with the high quality of their products. The knives have printed WMF logo (with no taika or china). Also this Bistro edition silverware is much cheaper than any other WMF silverware set. I will definately get esspresso an desert sets.

If you like simple, medium size silverware, this is it. I had a set that I purchased years ago from Crate & Barrel but I gave it to my son - thinking that I will be able to find another just like it. But it was not easy and I bought few sets in between that just did not cut it.
This silverware is beautiful, smooth, great quality.
