Well ,after raising 3 children to young adulthood I decided to step up a little bit from the 10 dollar 500 piece dinnerware set to something a little more . The Provence fit my taste . I was surprised at the quality , they have a substantial weight ,a good feel, and proper length . They don't bend and flex . I've owned this set for approx. 3 months and would recommend them to anyone wanting to replace their everyday dinnerware with a good quality product. Oh and in case your wondering , they do great in the dishwasher.

This is my second review of this product as I had to edit the previous one. At first I gave the product 5 stars! It has a nice design, and is pretty strong (does not bend easily). But now I can also see some rust as a few other people do which is extremely disappointing! The outer coating on one of the knives and a large serving fork got (or was) chopped off (about 1x1 mm area) and now that area got rusty:(

We love this new Henckels flatware! The graceful textured design goes well with our china and the finish is lovely. The weight and balance of the pieces are perfect for everyday use and entertaining. Amazon's price beat the local stores and shipping was free.

I can't say enough good things about this flatware. It is attractive and feels great in the hand. I like the fact that it is a bit larger than other flatware, and it looks great with my Fiestaware dishes.
